The only thing I would add to the article is the brake line does not have to be removed. It can stay attached and re-routed so there is no brake bleeding for those who would not want to do this. Also, by scouring a MC junkyard I picked up a great set of handlebar clamps that provided a 1" set back and were aluminum so I was able to highly polish them - and for just $20. So for a total of $65 ($45 for the flanders bars) and a little sweat I have the bars installed. Norm Lamontagne - NLamont<at>aol.com |
