My father has a ’04 Stone Touring he bought new in early ’06 from GP Motorcycles in San Diego . He was riding around a few weeks ago and the bike suddenly died. We checked all the relays and fuses, all looked good. The bike had spark and we could hear the FI  pump cycle when turned on. The bike was taken to GP and they found that a hose had come off the fuel pump inside the tank. This  is where my knowledge gets fuzzy, apparently there’s no flange on the spigot the hose attaches to and it’s easily pulled off. I  think they replaced the spigot which was plastic with a brass one and used a higher quality fuel line. Whatever the fix was, this was maybe the fourth one like this GP has repaired so it seems that getting the word out about this could save a few people from ending up stranded or worse.
