I just replaced a blown high-beam indicator bulb on my '98 EV. At my local AutoZone, it's "Instrument/Courtesy" bulb #74 (by Lighting Technologies), $2.29 for a 2-pack.
It's an easy job but you'll need tweezers or a real small pair of needlenose pliers to remove and reinstall it once you've opened up the dash.
