Ed's Roundfin Superike Racer
The Guzzitech Superbike started out as a 1978 78x83mm 850 Lemans that sat in the back of Moto Guzzi Classics for about a year. This is the biek that I and some other Southern California racers got our licenses on at Willow Springs. It was 850cc/62 hp the first time I dynoed it. It's since grown to 1100cc/83 hp. Along the way, it picked up a bunch of performance parts and it was used as a test mule for many Guzzitech performance parts.

Currently the bike has a 82x90 mm motor with 13:1 compression, Carrillo rods, and  Megacycle x8 racing cam. It breathes through 40 mm Dellortos and exhausts through a converted 41mm Bub Big Dog exhaust. It has 17" wheels F/R with Brembo racing brakes and a total loss Dyna ignition system. Front forks are 38 mm Marzocchi Stradas. The Guzzi Superbike is still in development at this time. Stay tuned for more dyno runs and hopefully more power.
